2024 was another great year for weddings at Lucan Spa Hotel and we would like to thank all our amazing couples who trusted us to be part of their special day! It was another year of increasing popularity in couples choosing to have their ceremony here at our venue. Whether it was in our Boyne Suite wedding venue or outdoors in our woodland area, we love being part of couples’ “I dos”!
Music is a cornerstone of any wedding ceremony, setting the tone and creating a deeply emotional and memorable atmosphere for the couple and their guests. Choosing the wedding ceremony music is such an important decision. It can reflect the couple’s personality, enhances the mood, and often becomes a cherished memory for years to come.
As always at this time of the year, we have listed the most popular songs chosen by our couples for over the last 12 months. This year, the choice was so varied that there was not one song that was a clear, standout popular choice for either the processional (entrance), middle (between readings, lighting of candles or during registry signing) or recessional (exit) songs. It goes to show that 2024 was a year where couples thought deeply about their song choices rather than following trends or typical choices.
Therefore, we have listed all the songs that were chosen by at least two of our couples for their ceremony. These are listed below:
